Your journey starts here. As a Behavior Technician at Balance Autism, you are responsible for helping children diagnosed with autism learn new skills and achieve greater independence through data-driven therapy.

You receive frequent feedback, training and education, helping you grow and gain confidence. Your training begins with a company-wide orientation, followed by online and in-person education, a class that teaches strategies for working with individuals with autism, and additional training opportunities as you progress. In addition, you are reviewed quarterly and annually, making it easy to track your progress and identify areas of improvement. You can make a positive impact on our organization.
