No Silent Nights Here—Our leadership team at Balance Autism enjoys spreading some holiday cheer. Adult Services shared games, treats, and energy drinks—it was a great time to pause, connect, and spend valuable time with one another.

Sensory Santa Sponsor

This holiday season, Balance Autism helped sponsor two inclusive, festive community events in the Des Moines area. 82 families enjoyed a magical, child-led, sensory-friendly meet-and-greet with Santa. Sensory-friendly events hold special meaning for many of the individuals and families we support, as traditional community activities are often inaccessible due to crowds, long waits, and overstimulating environments.

We count it a privilege to be partnering with these Des Moines Area organizations to make the magic of meeting Santa accessible to ALL children.
