Madi Barnhardt, a Cedar Rapids resident, joined Balance Autism in 2025. She brought with her two years of valuable experience in the nonprofit sector, complemented by one year as an HCBS program supervisor. Madi credits both of these opportunities for teaching her a solid understanding of the services at Balance Autism and how she can best help families in need of resources and support. Currently, Madi is furthering her dedication and passions by pursuing her Master's degree in Nonprofit and Philanthropy Leadership. Madi is responsible for outreach and enrollment for all of the eastern Iowa locations - Burlington, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Quad Cities and Waterloo.
