Kaitlyn B, Outreach Coordinator

Please welcome our newest member of the Outreach team! Kaityn B. started this week and will be serving the central Iowa region for enrollment and community outreach.

Born and raised in southern Colorado, Kaitlyn moved to Iowa two years ago. Since then, she has truly come to appreciate the strong sense of community and opportunity the state offers. She has always felt called to pursue work that makes a meaningful difference and is now making the transition from care in senior living to care in autism services. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys camping, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her cat.

Grace B, Occupational Therapist

We’re excited to spotlight Grace B., a May 2025 graduate of occupational therapy. Grace has recently joined our central Iowa region and is serving OT needs at our Metro West location in Clive. Grace is passionate about empowering children to reach their goals through play-based, child-led strategies that make therapy both meaningful and fun.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending quality time with friends and family. She looks forward to building relationships with the families she serves and continuing to grow as a dedicated and compassionate professional.
