Sarah Marrazzo, a West Des Moines resident, joined Balance Autism as the Enrollment Coordinator for Central Iowa in July, 2026, bringing a background rooted in healthcare, Medicaid services, and supporting individuals and families as they navigate their care needs.
Throughout Sarah’s career, she has held a variety of roles within the health insurance industry, including care management and operations. These experiences have helped her develop a strong understanding of the importance of accessible resources, compassionate support, and helping individuals and families connect with the services that best meet their needs. She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services to continue growing her knowledge and expanding on her passion for serving others.
“I believe this work is incredibly important because the right support, guidance, and resources can have a lasting impact on individuals and families.
What drew me to Balance Autism is the opportunity to be part of a team that helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. I am passionate about building relationships, listening to families’ needs, and helping them feel supported throughout their journey.”
Sarah's territory covers central Iowa: both Clive and Altoona clinics, Metro West, and all of our Adult Services.
