Lindsay Ward, M.S.Ed., LBA, BCBA is a dedicated and highly skilled behavior analyst and special educator with more than two decades of experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Luther College, an ABA certificate from St. Cloud State University, and a Master of Science in Education from Drake University.
Lindsay’s passion for individualized support began in her teens while working in an after-school program, where she discovered the impact of creating meaningful, inclusive learning environments. Since becoming a BCaBA in 2007 and a BCBA in 2011, she has served as a special education teacher, preschool teacher, and behavior analyst: including international work at a specialized K–12 school for students with ASD in Australia.
For over 20 years, Lindsay has been a valued member of Balance Autism, inspired by its commitment to person-centered, community-based services. Her expertise spans the IEP process, school-based supports, early intervention, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions, and Organizational Behavior Management, with a strong foundation in Verbal Behavior and strengths-based practice.
Across all her roles, Lindsay is driven by a deep belief in compassionate, individualized teaching that empowers every learner to grow and succeed in ways that matter most to them.
